The People talking - SYSTEM sucks!!!

System! You have to be in the system or else you'll be thrown out. If you complain to the authority, mostly in front of you they would behave or act as if they respect your feedback or suggestions and give a verdict that they'll definitely look upon our concern {that's a business purpose, although on counterpart there are also gentle boss}. But in a system, if you are -what people called: Smart- then you'll definitely be uncomfortable with the system. 

Smart peoples and Perception:

The reason to- Why the human beings refer to few fellows as Smart? See, these genius are no different being - it's just a matter of fact that, Smart man perceives the aspects of life differently than the norm. Pirates, it's not rocket science, see for example: if I give 1000s of people the ingredients of the tomato soup, then do you think all these crazy men will make a soup with exactly the same taste? Of course not! Similarly, all people might have the same accessories but the way they perceive matters a lot.

Advancing after Perception:

After that, just perception is not the endpoint, but the way you conduct it makes the difference. You might have discovered this; when you see twins, they are born on the same day, same time, produced by the same parent and still except their looks everything is different in them: like one wants to be an actor, the other a sportsperson, one loves Fast and Furious whereas the other hate Vin Diesel. 

Therefore, just perception is not the ultimate, because twins might be watching, roaming, adventuring, and living together but still, they have different aspirants, alternative choices, and separate desires- Why? The perception and the way you conduct make all the difference.

The Dark Secret:

Coming back to today's world. I see many immature advising me that if you don't go with the system, you'll be crushed. In short, the companies and the business tycoons in today's ERA want people to follow their orders, function according to them, and make choices in their favor. Whether you are an employer, customer, freelancer, producer, student all they do is make you enslave, take away the most important aspect of human being {unconciously} - the choice. 

Let me tell you how,

Have you ever wondered, why do we see the Advertisements of big companies like Google, Amazon, very frequently on Television or anywhere? Do you think it's just for increasing customers or mainly for marketing purposes; certainly No! Most of the people on the planet have Google already on their phone but why still spending millions on just advertisement?

Because that's a strategy to play with your mind, it's like if you see an actress's movie, let's say, Ema Watson for 3Weeks continuously: I am Damn sure, irrespective of knowing her personally you would start liking her, similarly, the big corporates spend billions on just developing a psychological image inside your head. 

The Ideal Way of Marketing - Not Stealing people's choice

I am not against marketing or strategy, to be honest, that's a good tactic but it steals the choice from the people, don't take me wrong, but not everyone is aware of strategies, marketing, global summits, therefore it's not a gentle way to promote business or product rather the more ideal way is just focus on improving the business by developing on regular basis, updating it, working upon the drawbacks, asking the customers about the feedback and progressing accordingly, to sum up - giving importance to the process or the implementation and then people will decide which company's product is better. I never see the iPhones or MacBook Ads regularly; except when a new product is launched, also, I never see Lamborghini's Ad even when the new model is launched, and yet there at the top of their respective industries.

As a matter of fact, these companies initiate a stupid system and tells the employer, customer, or any end-user of the product/service to follow the system, it's like - I imagined myself the king of the planet and dreamed of certain regulations to be followed and the next day, I asked you all to function according to the rules what I imagined in my dream. For the company worker's it's still acceptable to a certain extent{ certain extent because the guidelines shouldn't take their freedom}.

Few Greats will never adapt to the services or the systems, cause they don't fit in there, rather their capability is to create and not be enslaved. 

So ever in your life, if the boss, teacher, or manager tells you must go in accordance with the system and you feel uncomfortable by hearing that, believe me, you're born with great capability and talent, don't just let it way, be conscious about the talents you have and lead the humanity.
