The definition of "Health" taught in school is :

"Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing. Disease: Any disturbance in the structure or function of any organ or part of the body. It may be caused due to the attack of pathogens (virus, bacteria), lack of nutritious diet/balanced diet, and lack of public health services."

We all were taught in school that, health is a state where all our organs and organ system work efficiently; although that is just a physical part, moreover health also demands a good mental state and a better social environment. However, the textbooks focus mostly on physical health, nevertheless, in recent times it is the most significant because of the COVID - pandemic. Well on the other hand about social well-being, to be practical, it is certainly not in our hands to a minimum level, for instance, can we stop or eliminate the Coronavirus, obviously not at once, rather we can take precautions and medications to prevent it.

Besides that, remains the mental state, which is of great importance than any other aspect of well-being or so-called "Healthy State". The reason is very simple because being in a balanced mental condition will take care of other factors - Physical and social well beings. When a person is in a certain psychological state, nothing and no-one matters except his vision or what we called a dream. Therefore, it is also the prominent reason why many individuals especially Americans and Europeans are prioritizing Meditation and Yoga.

What is Mental Dis-ease?

The way normal people are infected by cold, fever, flu, or any other infections, similarly Mental Dis-ease is the disturb Psychological state of your mind, where any human being suffers mentally in various ways like headache, stress, emotional attachments, depression, frustration and many more...

How this Mind's Dis-ease make us suffer?

Have you ever notice that why do we get ill? It's because our organs or organ system is not working sufficiently, also, may due to improper food which is not nutritious we deal with food-poisoning and due to unadjustable environment (generally when we move to a new place apart from the routine home), our body may caught fever, cold or something like that.

Likewise, our mental and psychological system works - 

The information that we store in our mind through the five senses is through Smell, Sound, Sight, Taste, and touch matters a lot unconsciously because based upon them the consequences or the future outcomes are determined. A person reading a book may be poor by economical circumstance but he's doing something valuable or we can say that he is actually investing his time and energy. And for that reason irrespective of his financial situations or social well-being, that poor fellow will always be rich because he is what we are referring to as - "Healthy". 

The material world doesn't bother the poor man, for him what matters the most is just Books!.{Don't get me wrong but by Book, it doesn't mean that he just wants knowledge, No! It states that he is ready to give up on something}.

In today's technical world we are so busy with our mobiles that we have almost forgotten about these aspects which have a significant impact unconsciously. If you think it's not so then tell me if God put a choice and he asks to choose one from:

    1] Being the Richest Person, or;

    2] Being the Healthiest Person

Over 90% of people would select option 2 at this level. Have you ever noticed a man driving - Mercedes or Lexus? I never found them happy, so what's the advantage of this much wealth if it fails to bring a smile to one's face.

Hence, mental well-being is more stressed out. That's why it is said that "Health is Wealth".

It's not that money and wealth don't matter, of course, it does but we should only buy clothes when needed, what I mean is we should encounter our desires and shift our priority to well-being, which is a healthy state not because some fools are saying this - Not at all, but what message they are trying to send is:

Just Live happily, peacefully without disturbing any other life and if needed and demanded then support them, however for that be enough capable.

Ways to remain Mentally Fit: 

  • Firstly, be aware of what you See, Smell, Hear, Taste and Touch. 
  • Don't think too much about anyone or anything and if one finds it difficult to stay away from thoughts, then engage yourself in some physical activity, also do what makes you happy like- play Football, Cricket and do swimming.
  • Read books, write blogs stay connected with nature - Stay tuned with all elements of our basis, for instance; At least once in a day do this:
    1. Walk over grass - barefooted
    2. Hang around under the Sky for half an hour.
    3. Shower twice - one just before sleep.
    4. For a minimum of 10 minutes: Inhale and Exhale gently with the Back Straight.
    5. Have a Sunbath or stand in front of the sun for a minimum of 10 minutes {preferably morning}.
  • Eat healthy food especially green Vegetables.
  • Perform meditation and Yoga.
That's all Pirates, my motive behind this topic is just that - in recent times people are not taking care of their mental and psychological disturbance, which results in stress, anxiety, depression, and suicides, therefore the importance of a healthy and balanced mental state is necessary. I hope this chronicle would disturb the shit out of you :) .
